Steve is a pathetic parolee living in a single-wide on one of the 
shabbiest parts of Florida.  He likes to amuse himself by pretending to 
be a rich man and antagonizing everyone with a phony class warfare.  Back 
before we realized he had some pretty serious emotional issues, I often 
wondered if he was a left-wing provocateur.
