where can I get energy efficient light bulbs?

Does anybody know the address or phone number of a mail-order house
where I can get the flourescent light bulbs with the electronic
ballasts?  These are the bulbs that are rated at 60 watt incandescent
equivalent but actually only consume about 15-20 watts of power.
The stores in my area carry a limited number of styles at very
expensive prices, ~$18-20/bulb.
