The 91 freeway in LA county has a commuter lane. Eastbound only. Does anybody know why? It seems pretty silly to reward eastbound carpooling but not westbound carpooling. Also, the lane ends when it gets to Orange County, just miles before the most congested part of the freeway. Why? * Origin: The Recovery Connection 1-310-322-2745 (1:102/541)
