Matt: Suggest the problem is with the disconnector and very possibly the
three finger spring which applies tension to the disconnector, trigger
return and grip safety. Would attempt to replace the spring first as in all
likelihood that is the source of the problem, use a Clark 4 finger spring
and insure the leaf spring actually touches the disconnector. This often
times resolves the problem. Set the trigger return spring tension and grip
safety tension to 150% more than necessary to insure movement, in layman's
terms about 4 pounds.
