  Calling all Wingnuts!!!! CALLING ALL WINGNUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
 This is an open call to wingnuts and neo Liberals to join a free forum
discussion list. We have about 19 people on it now. Some are anti Christian,
anti NWO, anti Zionism, anti U.N., anti capitalist, anti Communist.  Pro gun,
god, pro Jew, pro Militia and Constitution. We are looking for a few new
members to replace the loss due to folks being busy with School and Family Etc.
If your a wing nut and want on the discussion list e-mail me. If your a leftist
neo Liberal and want to enlighten us give it a try we really welcome thoughtful
input from the left. Main problem though is we can never find any liberals who
can debate with the facts. Most get themselves into a corner and bolt, run
screaming into the night never to be heard from again. So if you are up to par
e-mail me and please have something more intelligent to say then "Your all Nazi
Pigs!!!!!!!!" This really does get old and to date no lib can say why  we are
nazis they just like to sling words they cannot define.
  Good idea to check mail at least every 3 days and mail is light most the time
but can get up to 200 posts a day. A few rules include no blocking member's
mail and no tos reports. Liberals who send Tos reports (Terms of Service) will
be shot by firing squad. (j/k) Wingnuts who sent tos reports will be banned
from the list forever. Even if you tos a Liberal

   RULES

  1. No blocking any member of the thread over thread disagreements. Blocking
in some cases may be allowed without penalty if not to exceed a reasonable
amount of time (3 days or so) to as example remove one self from another
thread. In this case all members should be blocked not selective members. (Make
sure to notify the membership before hand.) 

  2. No TOS reports for any reason of any thread members. Anyone feeling they
need an exemption from this rule can put in for a permit from the Committee but
unless it's a death threat it will be denied. 

  3. Do not add new members yourself. Have them e mail any committee member who
will take that person's screen name to the Committee for approval. 


  4. Covert and secret Coup's are not allowed. Members who engage in conspiracy
to run off with  three or more members to form a new thread and who do so in
secret will be expelled by committee vote if found out. Doing so in the open is
fine. Likewise any attempt to subvert the standing thread Government by
member's who joined with the sole purpose of disrupting the thread will be
expelled by committee vote if the motion passes and must be based upon evidence
provided by an informant with no ulterior motives. 

  THREAD BY LAWS.

  A. Any member may call a vote of removal against any other member not more
then once in a space of 3 months. A simple majority vote will carry the motion.
Voting is open for 3 days. Thread membership has the right to appoint an
independent vote observer on demand. 

  B. All thread members have the Right to challenge by vote the office of
Committee or thread manager on set elections twice a year. Jan. and July. The
Vote will be open all month and the motion must pass with a super majority.
Thread manager will poll membership to see if anyone wants to challenge the
incumbents. If so a vote will be called. 

  C. All areas not covered by the thread by laws are within the Committee's
jurisdiction and will be governed by the Committee by Committee vote. All
committee decisions are subject to veto by a super majority thread membership
vote. Any member wishing to challenge any committee decisions must formally
take the issue up with the thread manager who must call a vote on the matter. 

  
  D.  Anything not covered by the Rules or by laws are to be considered lawful
or permissible. (Example, Cussing on the thread. Personal attacks, Sending
thread mail to friends Etc. (Please sanitize the posts when you can or if
something extreme is said in them)

   RIGHTS

1-A  You have the right to free speech unconditionally but keep in mind if you
become too un popular someone may call a vote on your membership standing. 

2-B   You have the right to fair and equal treatment on the thread as a member
by the thread leadership with regard to enforcement of rules and by laws. 

3-C   You have the right to delete member's mail who you do not like or
consider 
           offensive.

4-D   You have the right to seek election for office as thread manager and     
      
         committee members. 

5-E   You have the right to counter attack if attacked in writing in any manner
deemed necessary. 

6-F   All members have the right to propose new rules for the Committee to
consider and or petition to get standing rules thrown out or revised. 

 

 NOTES

Committee and thread members are not responsible for misunderstanding due to
mail YOU delete and did not read to stay in "the Loop."  The above rules/by
laws applies to all thread members ex post facto. And can only be changed
through the system.
