Thanks for the insights, now if more patriotic Americans would come forward
we can get on with the business of running this country, well said Mr. Rosa.
There must be something to what Bush is saying otherwise the federal Supreme
Court would not become involved, could it be our boy Al Gore has done
something bad? Not Pinochio! Just a clear example for New York and Chicago
gangster politics exposed for all the nation to see. Interesting that a
republican lost by 11 votes and they would not allow a recount in the
pro-democratic Palm Beach???? Hell no! Yet Al Gore gets a recount? It would
seem to me that equity and reputations are on the line here, and possibly
clear evidence the Florida Supreme Court did change the law and just
possibly they have violated federal election law. Now that would be
interesting, all seven go to federal prison for violating federal election
law. Interesting?
No justice in this world is there or maybe there is......... Will reserve
judgement. Declare Bush the winner now and let the mess iron itself out in
the courts, there is fraud here people and we need to expose it all.

Our Constitution doesn't allow a revote. What should be done is that the
Florida Secretary of State should ignore the illegal and unconstitutional
orders of the State Supreme Court, and as the Florida Constitution demands,
certify Bush the winner. The FL Sup has attempted to take over the role of
all three branches. The legislature should also impeach all 7 members of
the court, for acting in contravention of the Constitution of Florida.
The legislature should also, in special session, make a declaration that the
rule of law must stand.
Since the FL Sup has decided to rewrite the Florida election laws, two weeks
after the election, essentially legislating from the bench, and also
retroactively applying such judicial fiat, they have clearly violated the
Federal election laws, as well as 14th Amendment equal protection clause.
If the Court were able to legislate from the bench, which it may not, the
law would not take effect until the next election. The US Constitution
clearly prohibits ex post facto and retroactive laws.
The SCotus has a duty to step in and protect the rights of the voters of
Florida, as well as the whole country. FL Sup is concerned that a few
voters in those three counties might be disenfranchised, because they failed
to follow instructions, while ignoring the fact that they are, themselves,
disenfranchising the other 64 counties of FL.
Of course, what else could you expect from a court with 7 of 7 Dems,
appointed for life.
