Isn't it a shame that defending the constitution is now considered
politically incorrect?

Isn't it disturbing that California passed a law that makes legal guns
illegal? Now the legal owners of those "registered" guns are "criminals" and
face up to $250,000 in fines if caught. Now they are supposed to "give" them
to the government. This is unbelievable to me.

Here is some good news:
A person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of his State, if the
buyer is not prohibited by law from receiving or possessing a firearm, or to
a licensee in any State. Form 4473 is not needed in the transfer of a
firearm by a nonlicensee (private party). ATF Form 4473 is required only for
transfer by a licensee.
