As an FFL, can advise everyone that while private individual sales between two parties are currently legal within California, there is a pending bill being sponsored by Peratta (SF) which will make this too illegal. The source is the California DOJ. Thank God we elected Bush! If we as a country had elected Al Gore, it would soon become illegal to own or possess a handgun for any purpose. This is to keep the promise he made to Sara Brady and HCI at a fund raiser in NYC, 11/30/2000! "I will get each and every handgun from private ownership, no one will own a handgun!"
