You imply that the racist attitude of one member of the Boy Scouts means that
the entire organization is racist.  I doubt that this is their official
position.  While I think that your reporting this person was a good idea,
telling others to "act as a watch dog over these people" is being pretty
antagonistic.  Parents should evaluate anyone who will be dealing closely
with their children, but don't be prejudiced against an entire group because
of one member.
