"Major schools. Major projects. appropriate journals." What kind of a
non-resume is this? Sounds obscurantist to me.

You sound like some kind of mercenary. But I guess I can accept your
reasoning.

Flaming aside, Paul, I never saw your answer to my earlier query:

Where in the "life-cycle costs" of your dams do you factor in the cost
of dealing with the dam after it fills with silt?
