Different how?  Whe're children and Americans are grown up enough to chose thier own leader, or 
reasonable facsimily.

We have a choice, that's why it is better.  We have a head of state, chosen by thier Faith, Economic Class, 
and Family.  This is unecceptable.  People have a right to elect a leader baced on the merit they think is 
right, individualy.  I am not saying use the American system.  I think electoral colleges are stupid.  A popular 
vote, 2rounds of voting, and non-partisan candidates for Governors, Presidents and Mayors.
