Just a quick additional thought to some others already seen here: Since the in-person voting at the SGM will have little influence on the outcome of the vote (my assumption that fewer than 3500 people will attend; it may need to be challenged), I would suggest that proxy voting is a moot point. There is little to be gained by allowing someone to vote on your behalf since there will be no motions from the floor, the existing motions will not be modified and the motions are already known to the membership. I am wondering whether I am alone in my concern that the conditions set for me have left me little hope that the SGM will lead to the renewal I am looking for. Any thoughts? Rick Dondo
