Description 

The person in this role will be responsible for the development and
support of business applications in various departments, as well as: 



�design, code and test application programs; 
�support, develop and enhance systems in various departments; 
�analyze and present business issues and/or needs in a clear and
concise format; 
�coach team members as they carry out their day-to-day tasks, ensuring
quality and timely business solutions; and, 
�communicate to management on project status, manage priorities and
scheduling to ensure that requirements are met.

"Must Have" Skills


�University or College Degree in Computer Science or related
discipline�Minimum three or more years experience within a
programmer/analyst role�Previous experience in Client Server, Unix and
Oracle�Proficient in C programming�Demonstrated effectiveness as a
team player, as well as the ability to work with minimal
supervision�Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and
interpersonal skills�Strong analytical skills, and a high attention to
detail is necessary



"Nice to Have" Skills


�Experience in SQL, Visual Basic and C++ is an asset�Knowledge of
retail applications is an asset
