	Drew Sullivan wrote "uusnap" and "xferstats"  in perl.
	I 'upgraded' them to deal with SVR4-isms.
	Unless you _really_ believe that the speed of C for something
	like this is more important than the flexibility of perl
	and the ability to easily modify them...
	you're welcome to copies.

	I gave up coding in C about 5 years ago and my productivity rose
	dramatically.
