Is  anyone out there experiencing problems with Istar? I recently
switched because my original ISP was bought out by Istar. My e-mail
was supposed to be forwarded to my new e-mail address in November. I
phoned them up and spoke to one of their tech support dudes (duds?)
and he said it would take a day or so. Well, three weeks later, I am
still waiting for my email to be forwarded. I managed to get through
to my old ISP and with some difficulty retrieved in excess of 20
messages. 


Also, e-mail to, and from,  my new address haven't been working. I
sent several e-mails overseas, and my friends haven't been getting it.
Also, any email to me hasn't been getting through!


THIS IS POOR!!!

Anyone else have the same problems, or any other problems with Istar?
