It's truly sad. I'm probably leaving Mindlink because their service has been 
getting more and more unreliable after the Istar take-over. I've faxed them my 
feedback (tried to email them but the server was DOWN AGAIN) and they didn't 
respond. That just about put the last nail in the coffin.
