From my understanding of the situation, I think it is the Guilderland Police who should be getting the calls. IMHO, this is a violation of First Amendment rights. I feel that a store owner has the right to sell whatever he or she feels like, as long as the store owner is not defrauding the customers. What I think should be done is to move all the CD's with the parental labels into a back room. Only people who can provide ID to prove they are the right age should be let in. It may not be a perfect solution, but I feel it is much better than forcing store owners to remove items from sale. -- Thank you and happy hunting! Actually: Ethan M.
