  I doubt that's needed. It's not like a magazine which can be read
without buying... As long as the clerks check the age of the buyer at
the point of sale, I doubt that there is any real problem other than in
the minds of those who think our police forces should be worrying about
the words to songs instead of murders, drugs, and violent crime.

  The whole idea is to intimidate the owners into giving up their 1st
amendment rights, or arest them on charges which won't stand up, with
the idea that it's easier to give in than go to court to protect your
rights.

  I would contribute to a defense fund for these owners, should they
decide to stand up for themselves.
