Optometrist recommendations?

My contact lens prescription is no longer as sharp as it used to be, so
it's time for an eye exam and a new strength.  I order the lenses from
a company in CA, so all I need is someone who can give a good exam
and make a correct prescription...price on buying lenses from them is
inconsequential.

Can someone recommend an optometrist not more than 20 minutes from Troy?
