Senate: Yes; Assembly: No.

The Senate is using gopher, which has the full list of members, phone
numbers and email addresses, and the Assembly is using something
completely different which requires a telnet session and doesn't even
have a full list of members, much less phone numbers or email. :-(

You can see what the assembly has to offer:
(just a readme file and a telnet option)

However, there is a file that the EFF received last year (1994) that
has good info on phone and fax numbers (Senate and Assembly).
Obviously, some members have changed, and I'm trying to find an
updated version of this file, but I haven't found it yet.  However,
there are still a lot of members that haven't changed, and for the
members that were reelected, the phone numbers appear to have remained
the same.
