I've started up an email list about Troy, NY - it's past,
present and future! To learn more about it, point your
browsers to:

   http://www.egroups.com/group/troy-ny-l/info.html

Or to subscribe, send email to:

   troy-ny-l-subscribe@egroups.com

The address for postings is:

   troy-ny-l@egroups.com

(But you have to be a member of the ist in order to post to it.)
It'll probably be quiet there for a while, but this is an
experiment to see if there is interest in such a list! It could
be used to post announcements of upcoming events, to discuss
Troy's history, or kibbitz about the directions of local government.

Spread the word to anyone who might be interested!
