compilation error in Linux

Hello,

When I compile Harvest 1.5 in Red Hat Linux,error messages resulted:

When I type make install
------------------------------------------------------------------------
make[4]: ***No rule to make target 'install'. Stop
make[4]: Leaving directory
'/tmp/harvest/harvest-1.5/components/admin/standard/simple-scripts'
make[3]: ***[Install] Error 2
make[3]: Leaving directory

make[1]: ***[Install] Error 2
