Help: MacTCP & PPP problem

Hi all,

Using the Geoport of my 6100, I can connect to my BBS (14.4 bps) but 
not to my Internet provider (using MacTCP 2.06 & PPP 2.1.1) . I have 
the same problem of connection using my Powerbook which work 
perfectly at my office and from the flat of my friend next door. The 
only difference: I have at home many devices (fax, telephone 
answering machine) connected on the same phone line. Is it the 
problem ? - If yes what can I do ?

Thank you everybody for reading this memo and if you can, spend few 
minutes to help me. I will appreciate any suggestion.
