I think it's just them.

I've been getting ICANN verification email from them that has no info in it
at all, the domain, account number, nothing.

Good luck trying to transfer the registration, they make it hard as fuck to
do it these days and are of no help. They are just fucking crooks.

We still have 3 domains there and have had problems with all of them (trying
to move to godaddy). They are way too expensive and have the worst customer
service of all of them.

But as far as the email, I dunno but it seems they have some problems with
the database. The email isn't getting the customer info injected into it.
