What I'm not clear on is when do I get the credit if any for my previous 
DSL service. I don't recall when it's payed until, since they keep not 
mailing bills.

I need to lookup what day my service really went live and make sure I'm 
credited for those.

Only a phone company could take two charges and somehow turn that into 900 
line items.
