This is a little different. AMC is suing Dish for a whole lot of money for 
something called VOOM. You'll have to google for the details. Dish has 
appealed the suit to various levels and it's not looking good for them, and 
the suit is going to proceed. This is their way of saying drop the 
suit/settle or we're taking our marbles and going home. They're trying to 
convey that this is another price increase they're stamping out, but that's 
not really true.
