Wow. Voom HD had a 15 year deal with EchoStar, the Dish Network predecessor.
Dish carried it only between 2005 and 2008. EchoStar/Dish paid $3.25 per
month per HD subscriber receiving Voom.

Cablevision was the only other distributor of Voom.

I don't see how Dish can drag this out in court for so long, but I'm
not a lawyer. Seems like a blatant breach of contract.
