You called it. the clusterfuck has begun. Apparently other people went to the basement and started to screw things up even more. AT&T has been out a couple times too and found "problems at the pole". Word is everything will be setup correctly/fixed by this morning. While taking out the trash today I noticed all the phone boxes up on the pole behind my place were open and being rained into. There wasn't an idling van with a tech surfing the web on a Toughbook running windows 98 either, so I guess it wasn't work in progress either and has been that way for days now.
