Well, I did say it was a good place to settle down and figure out
where you really want to live...

I live in Beachwood, with very low taxes, great police, and
great schools.  And despite the fact I received my only speeding
ticket (ever!) in Cleveland Heights, I don't think it's bad.
I know many people with kids in the schools there, and they don't
have a problem.

Cleveland Heights has a few more things to deal with than Beachwood,
including proximity to some really depressed areas of Cleveland and
East Cleveland, a school system burdened with teaching kids from
said areas (enrolled illegally), and no industry to support all of
this stuff.  The first two aren't their fault, and the lack of
industry is tough to retrofit in a suburb that was never designed
for it.
