Let me requote myself.  The following is the article is quoted
word-for-word, and is what these people have been replying to.  These
two lines were the only statements I made on this topic, before being
rebutted by the two who replied to me.  I still don't see them
addressing this point.  Do you?

Now, as you claim, none of my posts in this thread contains a point
about a lack of congressional representation.  In fact it was my first
post, and only point made.

Would you like to re-read the thread before publicly calling me on
such a thing next time?
