Lou, is of course talking about me. And lets see there was two months worth
of problems before I left... Yeah, that was worth my time. Lou tried what he
could to support en.com but since the news server would be trashed every
other day it was hard to have a conversation using the newsgroups.

NO, after recommending their service to around 10 people, I felt a need to
warn others of their poor service and response to their poor service.

This was lou's made up mantra in the news group. I have never said this, and
when I asked Lou to explain, prove or answer questions on his inflammatory
posts he has always refused to answer a direct question and always chose to
be a cheerleader for en.com (on their newsgroups he never admitted there was
a problem, and mocked people for posting to en.problems, with problems he did
not think were worthy.)

If you called and asked if the system was down you got multiple responses.
And unlike gwis they did not inform users of the problems or downtime thru
e-mail or posting in a newsgroup. (I was told by sue that setting up such a
e-mail list would be to difficult, though they sent me e-mail that they would
be appearing on TV!?!)

I refer to earlier, I took a lot of shit suggesting en to people, I wanted
to warn other people of their problems, this is what news groups like this
are for, and If you look at my original post (I am sure it has expired on
en.com) you will see, everything I said was true.

My billing problems happened less than three months ago after they "grew."

My biggest complaint about en.com is simple. I care if the system is down,
but I care even more that you are not willing to admit that the system
is having problems. AT gwis their is a daily log where they list any
problems and an e-mail group warning or explaining of any downtime. If
en.com would have done this I would have been satisfied, but instead they
spammed me with want ads. Of course I am not evening bringing up how slow
their system is compared to others....
