Lou, again I never said it. Someone, not me, said the staff was almost
hostile about him having a mac, and others said they were less than helpful
about win95 users. And now, you even admit, in a newsgroup where people
are there to post about their problems, you think you (an non-employee
cheerleader of en.com) should judge what is a valid problem and what is not.
The only reason no one from en.com stepped in, is you kept saying en.com
was great even though the news server crashed almost everyday.

Please lou, for once get something straight, I complained when I called
tech support to see when the system would be back up and was told
by mikem "If I knew that I would be a psychic" It took another phone
call to someone else their to find out it would be fixed within an
hour, sorry but when someone is expecting me to send them something
thru e-mail and I can't, I need to know when I can.

For those of you who don't know lou, I don't know why I bother even
replying to him. On every newsgroup he participates in he attacks,
attacks and attacks with no point or sense. Its funny to scan thru
dejanews and see all the hate responses he generates.
