1.Resume or Restart will clear all breakpoints set by user. 

This is a known limitation of the existing debugger, slated to be fixed in the 
next release 


2.There is always a default breakpoint set in the init() method. 

This is for a debugging an applet. We always stop at the init method of your 
applet to give you an opportunity (just like stopping at main in a standalone 
program) to set other breakpoints before you start the program really going
