 if you make this dll with vc , then then lib file will automaticly 
created when dll compiled.
 if you said about using dll of others , (i had met this condition 
before), the only way (I think , but I still think there's still 
some other way) is to "LoadLibrary(..)", because VC does not recognise 
the lib create by BC5.0
