:  if you make this dll with vc , then then lib file will automaticly 
: created when dll compiled.
:  if you said about using dll of others , (i had met this condition 
: before), the only way (I think , but I still think there's still 
: some other way) is to "LoadLibrary(..)", because VC does not recognise 
: the lib create by BC5.0
