In that letter you stated that Amquest is an OEM modem made by Tiger. I left it at that, but you have reposted the same information again, so I thought I would state that Amquest modem's are made by -> KDS <- (check out www.amquestmodem.com). Your beef should be with KDS and not Tiger. Tiger doesn't have any obligation to provide you with technical support with your modem, KDS does. That of course does not excuse the president of Tiger from not answering your inquiry and of course I don't work for Tiger, but you are really mad at the wrong people! All Tiger did was sell the modem to you. The support, manufactory, drivers, manuals, etcetera all fall to KDS (Amquest). Tiger has no power, AFAIK, to issue any RTVs on your behalf. Just my 2 cents worth, Adam
