Now you refuse to do business with them? Listen, plain and simple - you bought a CHEAP $40 modem and you GOT a CHEAP modem. Why did it take you over 30 days to figure this out? Take the damn $40 loss and write this off as a learning experience, because you could use it. > There's no question that we would have done business with them if they'd > refunded it. The modem is not a lemon - it is just CHEAP!! You thought you were getting an incredible bargain and expected it to work like a top of the line modem. And you were wrong. IF you had actually taken the time to do just a little bit of research on your own, you would've known to buy a better modem. I really can't sympathize with stupidity.
