Heh, heh, heh......wanna hear some stories about MCI?

We hired someone away from them, and the first day, she comes in, and the
first thing she asks me is, "How are we expected to keep in touch with the
office over the weekend? Are we to use voice mail, e-mail, or pager?"

I'm like, what the hell are you talking about!

Don't get me wrong, we work very hard at my office, and sometimes we do put in
extra time. But management also realizes that making people work 80 hours a
week is a bad idea, because they'll burn out and it'll be see ya later! And
then, you lose all the money you spent recruiting and training them.
