Forgive me if I insult your intelligence, but are you aware that dialog boxes
and the function "DIALOG.BOX()" should be part of a MACRO worksheet rather than
a "normal" worksheet?  When you select "New " from the "File" menu, it will ask
you what type of New sheet you want.  You should select Macro Sheet.

If that's not it, please post some sample code and I'll try again.
