This is a popular misconception, folks. According to what I am told,
we ARE NOT, repeat ARE NOT, reiterated ARE NOT, redundantly ARE NOT, and
finally ARE NOT running out of Class C Internet Addresses. Besides, the
ONLY time these "classified" addresses come into play (so I've been told)
is when you are using protocals that need IP numbers (like telnet, etc).
Straight UUCP sites don't even GET IP numbers.
