Thank you for all of your notes.
The quickest solution came from J. Eliot B. Moss of Carnegie
Mellon U.
He suggested to simply XOR the records, then remove the zero
results.
So I simply XOR-ed the current record with the new record, 
producing a new record, then applied RLE against that record.
The size is quite small, and it is relatively fast.
