convert from Access2000 to Access97

I created a survey database in Access2000. I used subforms to get answers
for multiple response questions( using check boxes in subforms). Now I need
to convert it to Access97 so people can use it in Access 97. How to convert
it? Is there going to be any problems coused by the conversion? What do I
need to do during conversion to avoid any problems?
