You need the form, with the button and the text box to hold the key value. 
I would use a combo-box and use a summary query to list all unique values
of OrderID from the Orders table, so the user simply has to select the
value, rather than key it in.

Then you simply need a delete query for the Orders table.  Put OrderID in
the grid, and put forms![your form name]![your OrderID combo-box name] in
the criteria.

The button on your form simply opens the query.  The button wizard will
even help you set that up when you create your button, assuming your delete
query already exists.
