Does anyone have any comments on a book called _LAN Performance Optimization_
by Martin A. W. Nemzow. From the picture in the flyer (The Computer Book Club)
looks to be a Windcrest (McGraw-Hill) publications [not surprising, they are
behind the book club).

On the short side (230 pages) for a book on that subject, I would think.
Diskette with the authors utility program (which the book centers on, I
presume) is included. My past exposure to this kind of thing is that they are
spare vehicles for programs that are not necessarily commerically marketable
and the books are more manual than technical/theoretical, but I want to keep
at least a partially open mind.

Any other good books on Lan performance considerations, design, debugging ?
