Russell Nelson recently posted the following article in comp.protocols.tcp-ip.

Please note that Clarkson University no longer has anything to do with the
packet drivers that were formerly called the "Clarkson collection of packet
drivers."  As I recall, this has been the case since version 10.  Russell's
company Crynwr Software (that's creh-NOOR) maintains the collection and sells
support for them.
