We are about to convert from a Wang mini environment to Novell LAN. We currently keep about 150,000 live WP documents and are trying to figure out a reasonable scheme for converting these documents to our new editor (Word for Windows). In general, how many documents do we convert off the bat, and how do we choose them? By age? By user request? After the initial large conversion, do we restrict who can do future conversions? (500+ users, with WP strictly controlled by document management.) Any advice from folks who have already been through this? Thanks, Steve Lewis.
