This is your opinion, it seems to you to be maintained one way, due to
the coloring you place on it.  The reality is that almost all that
happens on the ORBS list is done by a computer running a program that
is relatively fixed and unchanging.  If we were intensely curious, we
could even ask them to open source the code, so that we may see how it
works, exactly.

Feel free to contradict my beliefs with facts, I'm still waiting.
