For mail addressed TO you, they have no control over that. You do. As the 
receiving system you can opt or not opt to use ORBS to filter your mail.

There is a cave, and therein reside the last eight people in all of the world 
who haven't seen this flamewar rage time and time again. ORBS exists, it 
isn't going away, many will use it, many will not. Some will agree with ORBS, 
some will disagree, many will not give a shit one way or the other. Nobody's 
opinions on this topic are really subject to change, let's all just scan the 
deja.com archives, and feel free to re-read the whole war there, where you 
can relive it in gory and graphic detail over and over to your heart's 
content, but please let's NOT fill this group with the whole sordid saga --
