You're misinformed.  ORBS doesn't block any email.  ORBS just publishes
a list.

Your complaint is with the ISPs who choose to filter out legitimate mail
from hosts that happen to be on the ORBS list.  If you don't think
that's reasonable behavior, then you should take it up with them.  And,
if their response is unsatisfactory to you, then you and your
correspondents should stop using their services.
