Good idea.

Downloaded yesterday. When I unzipped the archive all I found were the following
files,no instructions,and none of files match my driver name, NET4100. 
NetMonCM.CAT
NetMonCM.INF
NetMonCM.SYS 

I decided to wait until I contact Motorola Tech Support before installing
anything. They have one shot at a solution before I get a LAN card. I do know
how to update drivers, I just want to be certain these are the proper drivers,
they will fix the crashes and allow my laptop to be portable before
reinstalling. 

Prior to the next install I am backing up my registry, system.ini and win.ini
config.sys and autoexec.bat(last 2 are likely optional) Then if I have problems,
I boot to safe mode, restore and I should be back in business. Due to my system
crashing it was a nightmare getting rid of the USB Cable modem install.
